Terms
PROVISIONAL — prototype draft, not legal advice. These terms describe a local prototype and may change as the service develops.
Last updated 27 October 2026
Plans and limits
Plans, prices, feature access and usage limits are provisional and may change with notice. This local prototype does not charge you to try its features.
Partner and Managed programmes
Partner access is offered on the terms shown in the partner programme and may end or change. Managed support is optional, places are limited, and you can withdraw consent by messaging us. Neither programme guarantees growth, audience reach or earnings.
Earnings and payouts in this prototype
Earnings, ledger entries and payouts are simulated demo records only. No real money moves, and this prototype does not make or receive real payouts.
Affiliate programmes and disclosures
Affiliate programmes are run by third parties and their own terms apply. You are responsible for checking those terms and clearly labelling advertising and affiliate relationships in your posts, in line with current ASA/CAP and CMA guidance. Check the current official guidance for your situation.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You give datasolve permission to process it only to provide the features you choose, including generating suggestions for you.
Using datasolve
Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with it, access another person's account, upload malicious files, or submit information you are not entitled to share. Do not use the prototype to store secrets or real payment details.
AI-generated content
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review and fact-check it before you publish, and add sources where needed. You are responsible for deciding whether the content is suitable for your audience.
Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or end access if needed to protect people, the service or its lawful operation. You can stop using the prototype and delete your account from Settings.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, datasolve is provided as a prototype without a promise that every feature will be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
