Who controls your information

Datasolve is the controller for the information described here. This prototype does not publish a separate company name, postal address or data protection officer contact. For questions, contact us through Messages in your account.

Account and profile

We store your name, email address, password hash, account role and plan, onboarding choices, and creator profile details such as your handle, display name, bio, niche, channel ID and channel title. Passwords are stored as hashes. We also store the categories you choose for your account.

YouTube content you connect

When you connect a channel, datasolve stores the channel and video details it needs for the features you use, including video IDs, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, transcripts you provide or attach, and generated SEO suggestions. Generated drafts and settings such as your voice profile are stored with your creator account.

Messages and support

We store message threads, the messages in them, their status and assignment, and any files attached to a message. These records let us reply and show your support history. Staff who handle support can view the relevant thread and attachments.

Affiliate applications and proof files

We store your affiliate programme applications, the platform and status information you submit, related plans and tracked links, and proof files you upload. The files are kept with the application and can be viewed by the admins who review applications and uploads. Tracked link clicks record the time, a daily-salted IP hash, a coarse browser family, a referring domain, and whether the request was a bot or counted. We do not store the raw IP address, full user-agent string or full referrer URL for these clicks. Deleting your account removes your uploaded proof files and application records.

Earnings and withdrawals

Datasolve stores attributed conversion details, earnings ledger entries and withdrawal records so the prototype can display balances and a transaction history. These features are simulated; no real money moves. Financial records may be retained in anonymised form where needed for accounting, with account links and free-text descriptions cleared.

First-party article analytics

Creator article views use no analytics cookie. We use a daily-salted hash to count a visitor once per day; we do not store the visitor's IP address, use cross-site tracking, or retain the full user-agent string. The view counter honours Do Not Track and skips bots and preview requests. The hash changes daily and is used only for the article view count.

Managed accounts

If you ask us to manage you and say yes to the consent box, your assigned assistant (a real person, a VA) can view your datasolve account and work on tasks you approve. Every action is logged and shown to you in your activity log. You can stop this at any time by messaging us.

Partner programme

If you join the partner programme, we store your partner status and access dates. If an invite is used, we also keep the invite record and its redemption date. On account deletion, the invite's user links are cleared.

AI processing

When you use an AI feature, the text needed for that task can be sent to DeepSeek for processing. Depending on the feature, this may include video titles and descriptions, transcripts you provide, the niche or category you select, and the prompt or context you enter. Do not paste passwords, API keys or other secrets. This prototype uses simulated earnings and does not send real payment details.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your account, creator profile, categories, connected content, drafts, messages and support attachments, affiliate applications and uploaded proof files, and managed-service records. Earnings records and audit records that must remain are anonymised by clearing their account links and personal text. Partner invite records may remain with their user links cleared.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, request erasure, or object to its use. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Contact us through Messages in your account and include enough detail for us to understand your request.

This is general information for a prototype and is not legal advice.
